Run by someone who sells the thing

I’m Jason O’Keefe. I run OplyAI, an AI front-desk service for local businesses — the same category this site reviews. After 21 years running multi-unit operations at Starbucks, I started building AI receptionists for the trades, and now I write about the whole market: what works, what’s overpriced, and what I’d tell a friend to buy.

That gives this site two things most review sites don’t have:

1. Operator knowledge. I know what happens after the sale — onboarding, edge cases, the 9pm emergency call. Reviews here are written from that vantage point.
2. A reason to be honest. If I steered you to a bad product, you’d never trust anything else I write — or buy. My own product is in the comparisons too, labeled as mine.

How reviews work here

• Every review is based on genuine hands-on evaluation. No review gets a verdict before testing.
• We never invent star ratings, prices, or customer counts. If we haven’t tested it yet, the page says evaluation in progress.
• When a product pays us a commission, the page says so — see the affiliate disclosure.
